If you are using mobile payment terminal, be sure that you have active internet connection. As setup in your place is tested then most probably it is temporary. Close tha app or go to the home screen and open it again. Usually the connection might be lost if your terminal is set to work outdoors and you move to indoor to use it. To make sure that you have proper operator internet working or wifi you can test to use other apps in your smartphone to ensure that the internet connection is active.
