There is no payment cost for client per card payment via app. However in future if Paytailor offers carrier billing through mobile operator, then mobile operator cost will be added. This may depends from the region where Paytailor is operating. Yet Paytailor will notify users in advance and will communicate it in app as well. Short answer is that payment for client is free
Payment will be started by merchant like usually. In order to pay you have to locate yourself in app. You have three options for that: search for merchant via shortcode, scan QR or tap NFC. If you have located yourself then you see the same sum which merchant has calculated. To start payment push "Pay". Then you have to insert your mobile payment pin code and confirm it. After payment is succeeded then you will see notification thay payment is succeeded.
You should have internet payments activated.
Paytailor do not store card information in any way. All card information is being processed by the bank, who has all financial institution licences and measures to keep your bank card data safe. Paytailor is the payment platform provider.
If your phone is stolen or lost please contact us so we could deactivate your payment method. Also it would be good if you deactivate your internet payments in your bank card issuer environment.
In beta version you can delete bank card by long press on a bank card number. Then according dialog window will occur
You need just a smartphone. If you already have point of sale then you can also run Paytailor in your browser. We also provide tailored solution, which is connected your current system, this of course needs some suitable solution mapping

One payment costs 1.8% per payment by payment processor and software cost is approximately 12€ per month. We are constantly working with our suppliers to bring the payment cost down. Yet this percent is justified with the clients we bring through wallet owners.
